Preserving


A good evening's work saw a whole raft of preserves made ready for the dark months ahead. From left to right we have
Red currant jelly
Red tomato chutney
Blackcurrant jam
Rhubarb schnapps
Bottled dessert and cooking gooseberries.
Not shown are
Limoncello (the proper 80 day recipe)
Cider
Sun dried tomatoes
The only problem now is that I am running out of jars.
